A new Census Bureau report shows a higher percentage of African-Americans than whites voted in a presidential election for the first time in history last year during the matchup between President Obama and GOP nominee Mitt Romney.
The report, released Wednesday, found that more than 66% of eligible blacks voted in the presidential contest. Only 64.1% of whites turned out to vote.
This marks the first time since 1968 that blacks turned out at a higher rate the whites.
In addition to blacks turning out at a higher rate, the number of Asian and Hispanic voters grew from 2008 to 2012. Hispanics added 1.4 million people and Asians added over 500,000. Between 1996 and 2012, blacks, Asians and Hispanics all saw their percentage of the voting population increase.
"Over the last five presidential elections, the share of voters who were racial or ethnic minorities rose from just over one in six in 1996 to more than one in four in 2012," said Thom File, the report's author.
The highest turnout of blacks, in addition to the growing number of Hispanics and Asians, could also explain Obama's success in defeating Romney.
According to CNN exit polls, 93% of African-Americans, 71% of Hispanics and 73% of Asians supported Obama over Romney.

I feel sorry for the decent few blacks in the community who have brains and are attacked for actually having their own minds and can get ahead in life without playing a race card like Cain, Col West.
If you’re one of Holder’s people, you get to vote multiple times in Ohio, Virginia and South Florida, so it adds up.
My take? This does not bode well for the Democrats in 2014.

Did anyone remember “voter fraud”? Of course the percentage was high, in some districts the percentage of votes was 140% of the registered voters and 100% (not a single vote for GOP).

Last I checked blacks, prepresent 13% of the US and by all accoiunts, white people were voting. There were no reports of no white people showing up to vote in any area. There were many accounts of votes in white areas not be recorded by the machines and accounts of Blacks voting multiple times in swing states and locking out Republican observers.
This is irrelevant since blacks make up only 13 percent
of the population.
Naturally, nearly 100 percent of that 13 percent voted for Obozo, but so did most white idiots.
Obozo won because of the dumbing down of Americans by Marxist media and educational systems.
At the risk of being called a “-ist”, I don’t think your average black person on welfare, EBT cards, Obozophones, etc. even knows what socialism is. And that goes for your average white person on welfare as well.
If the govt told those on govt assistance tomorrow that they had to give up their satellite dish...they’d sit up and pay attention. Right now, it’s “where’s the office, what forms do I fill out and how much do I get?”

Even so, it is immaterial.
The blacks could have stayed home and Obozo would still have been put in office by STUPID white voters.
There was, no doubt, plenty of white voter fraud to go along with black fraud in electing your Premier/Dear leader.
I have put some numbers to the 2012 vote:
US population: 320,000,000 (roughly)
Voted in 2012: 120,000,000 (roughly)
Not eligible to vote: 100,000,000 (roughly)
CHOSE NOT TO VOTE: 100,000,000 (roughly)
The numbers may not be US census accurate, but you get the picture: Why did roughly 100,000,000 eligible voters stay home?
That is the question we Conservatives must find an answer to and then work to get them out in 2014 and 2016!
Reality today is threatened. It is absent in the MSM. No sense of reality. It is absent in the schools and universities. It is absent in the leadership of the nation.

The commies took Romny’s 42% remark and played it against him. Romney could have played up the reasons why there was an artificial increase in costs due to Obama’s energy policy.Thus forcing those on limited income to rely on the dole. Hence making them victims of goverment policy. But his handlers and that includes Rove amd Priebus were too dumb to know how to do it. Besides that they felt boxed in because of his previous positions on globull warming and Romneycare.
Worse yet they’re still at it.
