WASHINGTON The public is finally hearing that it was very clear from the very first moment that it had nothing to do with a protest or a video, that that was a complete fabrication, created by this administration, not based on any factual submission from anybody in the administration, it was created after the fact, U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, told WND after Wednesdays groundbreaking U.S. House hearing on the terror attacks in Benghazi.....

That’s not going to happen because theis administration will not release any more info, e-mails, etc.
That may not be their option!
Here’s a suggestion for the GOP. Follow the order chain upward in denying help to the Americans were murdered. If an officer issued those orders, find out who told him and so forth. Eventually, under oath one should get to the source, the White House.
Exactly! No one knew how long or short that battle would last.
Good idea!
Rush is right. This is going nowhere. The only way it would get anywhere is if the Republicans refused to pass any appropriations bills until the president himself testified under oath.
The Republicans have done nothing during the entire Obama era that inspires confidence in their ability or desire to rein in the increasingly totalitarian nature of the federal government.
“That may not be their option!”
Do you really think that holder and obama have not placed themselves above this countrys’ laws?
Well of course the White House knew.
Anybody with a brain knew.
This was a lie from start to finish.
They lied about the Video
They lied about the availability of troops
They lied about the gun running
They lied about it even being an embassy
Will Hillary or Obama be forced to hold any responsibility??
Bwahahahahhahaha you gotta be kidding.
I am sad to say it, but what you say has a great deal of merit.
I was feeling quite saddened by the outcome of our poor repub “leadership”.
Thanks for the reminder to get the hip waders on and persist.
:-( I understand what you are saying. It is most disheartening. (BTW, I NEVER watch The 5.)
Please see my previous post. I do subscribe to the idea that we must persist. We indeed have overwhelming odds against us, but we MUST play them.
I understand what you are saying, and it is quite tempting to throw in the towel and buy the rug, to use your metaphor...but I’m not there yet.
BTW, I will NEVER purchase a prayer rug to worship the jihadists’ god! [and I believe that is probably true for you as well!]
Well stated, CA Guy. We have an uphill climb. America has had them before, and I do not take this challenge lightly. What we face is every bit as dangerous and outcome-hanging-in-the-balance as our 1776 Revolution, bringing our nation together after the Late Unpleasantness of the 1860s, and Normandy, for example.
We do have a cancer in our press...and many of our other institutions as well. We will certainly be gravely sick for a while before we can possibly get better.
The idea of America, however is NOT sick, and too many people hold it in their hearts and WILL NOT SURRENDER. I am recalling from somewhere that only about 30% of the population were actually committed to the Revolution in 1776. We do not have to have the entire population or even a strongly committed majority.
We do have hope, but it is a terribly huge challenge. And the sad part is that it need never have been. But we do not do ourselves a favor to cry over that. We MUST each of us who do love America as she was founded, wake up each day, and ask, “OK, Uncle Sam, what can I do to save America today?”
It might be to talk to a neighbor. Go to a town hall meeting. Post on FreeRepublic.com. Write emails to representatives and friends. Donate to patriotic causes or candidates. The list is endless. Do at least one per day, if not more. This is our calling.
Extremely well said, TexOkie. We must buck up - and buck each other up.
One righteous man is a majority...
You make a good point!
Thank you for your kind words, karnage. As Ben Franklin said, “we must all hang together or surely we will all hang separately!”
It’s coming to that, it seems. A winnowing. Or harrowing...
