- Exotic meat tacos at a Florida restaurant are causing a big uproar.
The small tacos at Tampa's Taco Fusion restaurant look enticing and many who try them say they are tasty. The meat in question -- lion....
The specialty tacos cost about $35. The restaurant also serves other exotic meats, such as beaver tacos and camel tacos.
Brad Barnett, the restaurant's operation manager, says it is all legal. His message to people: "If you don't like it, don't eat it."

Carnivore meat is a bit gamey.
But some people like that.
Who am I to criticize?
It can also have more parasites, but who am I to tell someone what to eat :)

From the article. Lions are out but check out what is still on the menu...
Still, the restaurant offers other exotic meats, including bison, shark, ostrich, gator, gazelle, rabbit, duck, camel and kangaroo. And items featuring iguana, bear and zebra are on the way.
Joke away...

Kangaroo tacos...for a meal with some kick to it. IIRC, Rabbits and Kangaroos now overrun the Aussie outback so I’m sure they are glad to find a market for this type of meat.

I prefer bald eagle actually. Very lean meat. Whale is also excellent.

Whale is also excellent.
I had a marvelous whale burger (half whale, half another fish) in Norway several years ago. There is one whale species that is sustainably harvested.
