In my opinion, the entire reason Obama chose to blame the "anti-Islamic video" for this crime is simply this: Obama is a Muslim himself and he didn't want Islam exposed for what it is.
He quickly moved on from the Boston Marathon bombers when it became known there were Muslims.
Only the CoC could have ordered EUCOM and AFRICOM to "stand down" from their military missions. Fast movers over the embassy (two F-16s from Aviano Italy could have been there quickly (VERY QUICKLY) would have stopped the attackers - they would have fled at the sound of afterburner 100' off the ground. Trust me. The fighters could have utilized KC-10s and KC-135s that were already on orbit for in-flight refueling and made the trip from Aviano to Libya without landing.
This stinks to high heaven. But as Neal Boortz wrote today, this won't have the same impact as Watergate because:
1. The News media won't allow it
2. Millions of Americans today don't care: they just want their Social Security Disability check, their Section 8 voucher, their unemployment check, and their EBT card.

Boortz was also down on the Tea Party until he realized he could send his drones to rallies to try to sell his Fair Tax book. He may turn out to be right about Benghazi going nowhere, but it would largely be because voices like his are throwing water on the kindling before the first match has been lit.

No. It was a report in the ridiculously unreliable Lebanese media that people jumped on because they wanted it to be true.
If you look at different pictures/video of Ambassador Stevens that night you will see in one image his belt buckle fastened, zipper up and pants pockets tucked in.
In later pictures you can see his belt undone, zipper down and pockets turned inside out.
I suspect they probed his rectum with blunt objects just like they did Gaddafi.

By obsessing over the 14-minute YouTube Muhammad video and its maker, the mainstream media ultimately exonerates the inexcusable and murderous response of the Islamic world.
There is only one question: did those who make this movie break any law? No, they did not—and so the matter should end there, and the media should move on. Focusing on those who did not break any American laws as a way to take the focus off those who murdered and initiated an act of war against the United States is not only misleading; it validates and gives Islamic blasphemy laws precedence over American freedoms.
