agree again, sometimes I wonder if some want the socialist to win instead of stopping obama
Don’t worry, someday you’ll catch up to me. I have faith in you.
so you wanted him , seems not or him to lose thus helping Obama?
have you asked yourself that?
Hear hear.
His wife isn’t telling him how to vote now. The media is telling him how to vote. Can you name a single political figure, who didn’t move to the left when they came back from a scandal like this. 100% of the time. Give me one example.
Actually, Sanford was outspent 45 to 1 since the GOPe refused to fund him.
Ill bet theres no joy in DUmbassville tonight....

Correctamundo .... you can tell by the number of joyless comments here tonight.

This is good news all around. For starters, had Colbert won, the MSM would have used the “upset” to bury the Benghazi story in entirety.
You are sorely ignorant in your knowledge of Sanford’s politics. Please stop spreading misinformation.
would you rather have a socialist and an Obama fan win instead or have you not even thought of that before you posted?
Be happy it helps to stop Obama and their agenda and it stops them saying how they won in a conservative state or do you not seem happy over that
If Sanford is so conservative and Colbert-Busch is so not, then why was she contributing money to his campaign?
And like this tonight:
“By Carrie Dann, NBC News
Once the disgraced and tearful figure at the epicenter of an embarrassing scandal, former South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford will return to public life as a U.S. congressman.”
Was Pravda ever really more propagandizing than our current press mess?

damn right, the south spoke , SC spoke and why some are not happy begs me to question why .
Would they rather have seen an Obama voter and fan to win and see us lose more traction and would they rather see the left harping on how they won this state and a conservative state.
Well done SC from a conservative here in north east FL
In many ways, I understand accept your point. However, those conservatives still in blue states (like me in CA) are indeed actually conservative, and not squishy one bit. We're just swamped by the enemy, despite our best efforts to organize and educate.
In my defense, remember that embarrassing acts like Sanford's mistakes, or that dingbat Akin, impact the races in "purple" states. And when we don't win purple states, we lose even more ground in the blue states.
Of course I welcome any and all conservative votes. But I also recognize that Sanford's many episodes of flakiness - especially is in a professional capacity (dereliction of duty, lying to the citizens, allegations of not obeying court orders) - makes him a risk. He's a risk worth taking today to keep the communists out, but we - meaning all conservatives - can do better.
One last point: polls are showing that Americans don't like Democrat's ideology, but also reject Republican competency. Conservatives can help ourselves NATIONWIDE by presenting incredibly competent candidates.
Cool!!! Sanford 2016!!!
Oh, wait....
Ditto's
If Sanford drifts left, he will be primaried and lose his seat. Bob Inglas comes to mind in SC-4.
Sanford will vote very conservative and focus on his district.
