Twenty-nine percent of registered voters think that an armed revolution might be necessary in the next few years in order to protect liberties, according to a Public Mind poll by Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The poll, which surveyed 863 registered voters and had a margin of error of +/-3.4, focused on both gun control and the possibility of a need for an armed revolution in the United States to protect.
The survey asked whether respondents agreed, disagreed, neither agreed nor disagreed or did not know or refused respond to the statement: "In the next few years, an armed revolution might be necessary in order to protect our liberties"
Twenty-nine percent said they agreed, 47 percent said they disagreed, 18 percent said they neither agreed nor disagreed, 5 percent said they were unsure, and 1 percent refused to respond.

If those numbers are realistic, we are looking at about 30% of about 160 million people.
Thats a lot of people - just under 50 million.
Coincidentally, thats right around the number of people, adjusted for population growth, that Obama’s Mentor Bill Ayers estimated would need to be killed off to institute Communism in the US.
Maybe the recent run on guns and ammo is about more than stocking up for hunting season.

They are still trying to tie Boston to the “right”. So much so that islam is now “right wing”.
29% willing to publicly answer in the affirmative is pretty spooky. Real number is likely 50% or higher.

It will come to this one day; only the timing is up for debate.
It’s probably the only way to remind the big government political class .... Republican and Democrat both .... about who works for who and the limits imposed by the constitution.

Well in the cities I can see that working except maybe in the gang neighborhoods.
Around here it would be a bit tougher. (As I imagine that the same would apply in many areas of West By Gawd Virginia)
For instance around here there are certain areas that the police don't go to until they get permission. Used to be I delivered to those areas (worked at a furniture store) When you get on certain roads you beep your horn multiple times to acknowledge you are their on business, especially if you need to go through a gate.

Which is the plan. The state will continue to provoke and prod and push, all with the intention of waiting for someone, or some group, somewhere to take up arms or actually resist government tyranny.
At that point, all the decades of preparing people with messages about racist right-wing extremists will bear fruit. The hammer will come down, with the gleeful support of those who believe that Christians, white males, and constitutionalists want to keep women pregnant and blacks enslaved.
In this regard, Ayn Rand is brilliant (and yes, yes, yes, in many regards she was a loon... so don’t flame me). Rand understood how to really fight the omnipresent state. Just stop being productive. The structure falls apart. If they want a population of slaves, become a sullen, unproductive one who undermines the system.
They want a fight. Don’t give them what they want.

If they are extrapolating from 330 million citizens in America....about 96 million feel armed revolution might be necessary....
Sounds bout right to me.
Let them take a section of the country (that wants them) and create their Marxist/Socialist workers paradise/utopia there. Just be sure to erect a wall between them and us so as to prevent some of them attempting to escape their "utopia" a few years after discovering what a hellhole their Marxist/Socialist ideas created.
