The two 19-year-old men from Kazakhstan are Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev. They were classmates of bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Authorities say they were detained for immigration violations on April 20 after being questioned in connection with the attack, which occurred a few days earlier.

A lawyer for one of two jailed college friends of a Boston Marathon bombing suspect say they had nothing to do with the deadly attack and had seen no hints he harbored any violent or terrorist sympathies.
Kadyrbayev's lawyer, Robert Stahl, says the students are shocked by the allegations against Tsarnaev and just want to go home.

Police Say The Naked Man Arrested In Boston Was Not Tamerlan Tsarnaev
Both his nutty parents and his straight up Uncle say they are 100% certain this video is Tamerlan.
On Thursday night while police were hunting in Watertown, Mass. for bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, at one point they arrested a naked man who looks a lot like Tamerlan.
Police say the naked man is not Tamerlan, despite various conspiracy theories going around the Internet.
According to the official account, Tamerlan died after a shootout with cops, riddled with bullets and shrapnel before being run over by his brother who was fleeing the scene in an SUV.

The Watertown police department got back to us via email just to say that the naked man was not Tamerlan Tsarnaev (pictured on right and in high-res here).
The shootout with the Tsarnaev brothers occurred on Laurel Street. The journalist interviewed in this video describes naked man’s capture near Nichols and Dexter, literally down the street from the shootout.
Naked man was apparently stripped, questioned, clothed, questioned some more, and reportedly let go. It’s likely police stripped him because they were under citywide bomb threat and wanted to make sure he didn’t have a suicide vest, but the police did not comment on that.

The policeman who was killed was from MIT.
The naked man is clearly NOT the bomber. Several key differences between the two. The differences are obvious.

Driver is suspicious in many ways.
A few of my questions:
Danny is so scared that he allows his nickname to be used instead of any random name or symbol.
Danny is so smart that he’s only been in the U.S. for two months and he’s already so wealthy he tries to hide it from the brothers.
Danny is so smart that he waits for a stranger to walk up to his driver side window after pulling up behind him at night shortly after the bombing and
even rolls down his window, even thou Danny has been following the story and so knows suspects have not been captured.
Danny got away without being fired at?
In the earlier story Danny knew they were loading weapons. In the second story he thought it was luggage.
Really? Luggage? Well, technically the collection of weapons WAS being
lugged around by them.
They already needed food and drinks so bad they risked going inside a convenience store? Hadn’t they just robbed one?
Didn’t I read somewhere that Danny’s car had an odd bumper sticker?
Isn’t there a photo showing these brothers in NYC with a couple of Chinese young men?
Danny is so smart that he allowed publication of his alma mater, degree type, and graduation year?
Who or what is Danny?

Kadyrbayev said that the individualized license plate was a joke gift from their friends in Spain. “This joke led to trouble. But it was just a gag of their Spanish friends, just a gift.” They needed the car to get to their university and go to other places.”...

If you are saying this in reference to Dzokhar Tsarnaev, it is in COMPLETE AND TOTAL contrast to what many, many very close friends of his have said about him, and besides, he did not own the car with such plates.
The license plate on the Kazak students car was a gag gift from Spanish friends given to Dias Kadyrbayev, according to Dias’ father.
There is much more a multitude of evidence pointing in an ENTIRELY different direction for this tragedy. If we are going to search databases...I’d like to see FReepers put their time and energy into finding the truth about what really happened in Boston.
That’s not a real Massachusetts license plate so no databases to search.
These particular cops were "gays in the military" veterans, they just wanted to see his pee-pee.
Perhaps. Based on all my research, Dzokhar Tsarnaev was well-liked/loved by many, many people. He was a college student and probably had lots friends, as my son does, from all over the globe.
MY personal opinion....everyday there has been an addition or change to the ‘story’, as needed to convince the sheeple...and that photo of him with his friends ON VACATION in New York is where the whole ‘New York was Next’ idea originated. Bolsters the ‘terrorist’ story, doesn’t it? EVERYTHING put to us, thus far, is not ‘evidence’, but merely the talk of our ‘officials’, under Obama. Nothing more.
Probably with help from Russians...
The boyz of the American press are too busy telling jokes and rubbing shoulders with Hollywood stars... Besides, their dem 'sources' aren't feeding them this story... for reason not fully understood.
