WASHINGTON (AP) — Russian authorities secretly recorded a telephone conversation in 2011 in which one of the Boston bombing suspects vaguely discussed jihad with his mother, officials said Saturday, days after the U.S. government finally received details about the call.
In another conversation, the mother of now-dead bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was recorded talking to someone in southern Russia who is under FBI investigation in an unrelated case, officials said.

It is now believed he has developed schizophrenia in process which makes him a real-life equivalent of a rebel general from Dr. Strangelove movie.
They relieved him of command as a result of some strange behaviour and he was free to get back to Chechnya, to win the presidential elections as the most famous Chechen to date and then he has declared jihad on Russian military who was so thankless for his achievements.

Chechens are often using mentally disturbed people from other ethnic groups against Russian military. They aren’t that suspicious and it is easier for them to approach soldiers to blow up or open fire. I don’t think it really needed in America. Chechens aren’t viewed as any distinctive here.

Most schizos have little problem to be adequate most of the time. It kicks in as a result of stress or something and still a lot of them can be adequate again. It is still genetics in nature.

The problem is now for our government is that she might just spill the beans by talking to much so they either won’t let her in the USA, or let her in and send her off to a nice place where she won’t be heard from again.
