Maybe Russian didn’t get the memo that DHS under the hands on day to day leadership of J Napolitano is the ‘clearing house’ for any such data.
Remember in the Metro DC area few years back that a plane (Air Florida) crashed in the Potomac and the big ‘uproar’ was that the area jurisdictions not only couldn’t communicate, different orgs in particular Counties couldn’t ‘talk’ to each other.
Big study, gazillions spent and the ‘ANSWER’ was “Put them all on one Emergency Frequency.
If not mistaken on 9/11/01 one of the ‘problems’ was the lack of communication between the jurisdictions and not all agencies in each county could communicate.
I am probably NOT mistaken if I venture to guess that another gazillion or so bucks was spent to ‘study’ the problem.
Don’t see why I bring this up, they “ONLY” had 20 years to get close to ‘resolving the problem’.

Quite a scam DC has going here. Flood the states with terrorists and then use their attacks as an excuse to take away liberties from everyone.
This infuriates me for two reasons.
First, the FBI's procedures are killing American citizens; almost 3000 at the World Trade Center and three dead and almost two hundred maimed for life in Boston.
These FBI MENSA graduates "couldn't do anything about" koranimal militants with expired visas taking airliner flying lessons.
Then they couldn't properly investigate other koranimals planning the Boston massacre.
But they are experts at posturing and collecting the bodies and the maimed after the fact.
Isn't that wonderful.
It is no comfort whatsoever to know that our Justice Department appears to be employed, judging by its recent behavior, by the Muslim Brotherhood...
Secondly, it hasn't occurred to anyone either at the FBI or the Justice Department to consider that Terrorist #2 became a U.S. citizen fraudulently one year after his family was flagged as potential terrorists, one year before actually executing their act of terror, and THEY FAILED TO CONSIDER REVOKING HIS CITIZENSHIP FOR FRAUD AND OBVIOUS DISREGARD FOR THE OATH OF CITIZENSHIP, before trying and convicting him as a terrorist enemy combatant.
