Once again, white privilege at work. Oh the terrible oppression! Raise taxes! /s
Let me translate democrat speak. “Discrimination against Native Americans” means “Thanks for the Indian casino money, see you next election faux Indians!’
....”driven by racial politics,... pressure from influential members of Congress... and law firms that stand to gain more than $130 million in fees,”
Every body after their piece of our pie so they can turn around and tell us how we should spend what we have left.
Among those influential members of Congress was then-Senator Barack Obama, who made Pigford payouts a priority in exchange for political support for his 2008 presidential campaign among a coveted group of black voters in the rural South, the Times reports.
.... The aim was “buying the support” of minorities, according to the Times, while middlemen created a “cottage industry” in defrauding the government.
This is the day of the Looter.
ALINSKY: ... if there is an afterlife, and I have anything to say about it, I will unreservedly choose to go to hell.
PLAYBOY: Why?
ALINSKY: Hell would be heaven for me. All my life I've been with the have-nots. Over here, if you're a have-not, you're short of dough. If you're a have-not in hell, you're short of virtue. Once I get into hell, I'll start organizing the have-nots over there.
PLAYBOY: Why them?
ALINSKY: They're my kind of people.
"Lest we forget at least an over the shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins - or which is which), the very first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom - Lucifer. ― Saul D. Alinsky"
Biographer Sanford Horwitt - U.S. President Barack Obama was influenced by Alinsky and followed in his footsteps as a Chicago-based community organizer. Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign was influenced by Alinsky's teachings.
It was fraud, yes...but it is being pushed by the NY Times as a way to pressure 0bama to go to war in Syria.
it’s popular to minorities today to be a victim.
We have a family who moved down here form NY, they rent a house as you come into the neighborhood don’t work, layabouts etc.
They have called the cops on neighbors including me because we have to pass the house and some look at them as they just sit around in their front yard by the stop sign and the father is in his underpants.
Got a visit from the cops the other week and he said he feels this is racial because in his words, he;s black[not really black looks more like Hispanic] she is white and they now live in the south.
That is what he told the cops and I told the cops he’s nuts etc.
what he doesn;t know is that many around here have been around for generations and come form big families and we know the cops, sheriff and in the end a cop went to his house and told him to knock it off the road is a public road etc.
Now they just sit outside staring at everyone waiting for someone to do something.
I have never understood why someone wants to play victim, I want my buys to be strong and get on with life not hang about not working and living off welfare moaning about how they have been put down
NOTHING will be done about it. Great, Brietbart was right. So what really. Will the money ever be returned? Will anyone ever be charged with crimes? Nope. We march headlong into ruin...
The NAs are getting one of these big “settlements” every year. The lawyers must be making some BIG bucks off of this scam.
reparations at work
Buying the support of minorities. It is breath taking the way they operate. They rarely even bother to hide their actions any more, they just call it something that sounds good and wave their hands - nothing to see here - go watch American Idol.
Makes me want to vomit.
self ping so I can shove this in the face a few here
This is called a sophisticated sack. Money is being taken by Third World governors from those who founded, built up and managed this country and given to those who cannot create or manage themselves much less govern us. Of course, we abdicated our right to govern in 2008.
A story in the New York Times doesn't vindicate Breitbart any more than a story in the Weekly World News would have vindicated Breitbart. Breitbart was the one with credibility, not the other way around.
The New York Times is ON THE CASE, 5 or 6 years too late,
predictably. But we should take whatever we can get-—maybe
these revelations will put a little crimp in Obama’s bid 4 a THIRD term. /sarc
