Allergy sufferers know it's spring when they start sneezing, getting itchy eyes and other symptoms. Now experts say that climate change is only making things worse.
The changing climate has brought early spring, late-ending fall and large amounts of rain and snow, which are some of the contributing factors that prolong pollen seasons, according to allergists.
“The planet is getting warmer,” said Melrose Park allergist and immunologist Dr. Rachna Shah. “Allergy season has been longer than usual, as plants are stronger and are able to produce more pollen. It’s a trend that we can’t deny.”
“Due to tree season starting so late, I think [the allergy season] will last a little longer,” said North Aurora allergist and immunologist Dr. Sakina Bajowala. “ There may be an overlap of tree and grass season in the spring. And for the people who are allergic to both, it can be a difficult time for them in May.”

Well, we had a cold early spring here in NC, which delayed the pollen season a bit. In fact it’s only now consistently getting into the 70s in late April. But yes, the pollen season, probably because of the cool wet late winter and early spring, has been ugly.
These morons try to maintain that ANYTHING is the result of “man-made climate change.” Idiots indeed.

Last year was a very bearable year for them, and the year before that I had no symptoms -- probably because winter lasted so long that there wasn't much of a spring at all. We had overnight frost in New Jersey in June for the first time in recorded history that year.
I am sick to death of the “climate change” idiots. EVERYTHING, every weather event, every snow storm, every hurricane, every tornado, every drought, EVERYTHING is caused by “climate change”.

I recall people 50 years ago who couldn’t open their eyes due to severe allergies this time of year.
My own allergy got better ever since a strong dose of pollen on a tropical island during the winter. My allergist explained that can happen.
So I’m sick of reading this bullcrap. Supposedly warmer temperatures NEVER have any beneficial result. Pure nonsense. She says the plants are stronger now, but I thought all plants and crops are suffering due to droughts etc. I guess only annoying plants get stronger with longer growing seasons?

Maybe we cannot deny Climate Change. I now I have never tried to deny it.
But there isn’t a damned thing we can do about it either.
All of these suck butts who cry about the Climate Change know that, but they aren’t willing to give up the money that trying to change it will bring them.
Increases in particle matter from increases in volcanism and greenie-caused forest fires. Cooling—not warming—is resulting from that and other causes (decreased solar activity and other). Are the lefties going to plug the volcanoes now and cause more sun spots?
