OMG a 2 1/2 inch blade. A pocketknife, just like the one I have carried since I was FIVE years old. That will be 60 years this fall. The only one who has ever been cut by my knife was me. Idiots...
It seems to be implied that the police pat down of him was at the school. If he was not on school property with the gun and 2.5 inch knife, then wouldn’t the charges against him be different?
Somewhere I saw it written, “Always carry, never tell”.
Appears to be somewhat self-inflicted. The worst of all species to tell anything you want kept quiet is a child.
I am no lawyer, and I don’t play one on tv, but I think their pc is a bit light and without a warrant this should get tossed if he has a good lawyer.
He was an idiot for announcing it to the world but that doesn’t make this situation any more sensible.
I’m amazed that there aren’t massacres every five minutes in California. Not only do the laws punish the innocent but the guilty (even murderers) are treated like precious unicorns.
“His best defense is to claim that hes gay”
Your honor, my client is a gay, muslim, transgendered, agoraphobic, lactose-intolerant pedophile ...
Case dismissed!
Ah, but an un-Constitutional law IS VOID. So we carry to our hearts content in liberal demented mecca “gun free zones” — for the safety of ourselves and young innocent ones, while others who choose to live on their knees foregoing their inherent right to self defense become victims.
And let us not forget the 11th commandment, thou shall not get caught. In this case, that means to avoid a search of one’s person, by any means necessary.
A mantra repeated often by tax dodgers in prison.
Self-defense and taxes are a bit different eh? One gambling your mortal life and the lives of others? There is no analogy. Bobbleheads would stand taller off their knees.
i guess
