They finally get a teacher with common sense and cojones and they nail him to the wall.
Figures.
It’s really hard to determine whether it’s politicians or public school officials who inhabit the absolute bottom of the IQ barrel. But, they are indeed fighting it out, aren’t they?
His best defense is to claim that he’s “gay”. They’ll back off in fear of getting sued.
they’re trying to turn us into a criminal class like drug users.....used to be. They think they’ll be in power forever.
” The attorney said his client has no previous criminal record”
Well, we’ll soon put an end to THAT!
” Its really hard to determine whether its politicians or public school officials who inhabit the absolute bottom of the IQ barrel. “
About the same.
BUMP
Public school officials ARE politicians!
One question, how did they find out? Did the moron show it to someone. The first rule of concealed carry is don’t talk (brandish) about concealed carry. People that you think are you friends WILL burn you.
More likely he would be prosecuted for violating the civil rights of the shooter. That said, even in Idaho we can't carry on a K-12 campus. Until that law is changed, you're just stuck on stupid if you carry in a designated prohibited zone.
In California?
How did they find out he had a gun and a knife? Did he tell, or display it?
Time for jury nullification!
From the article.
Rueben Littlejohn, the San Diego School Districts police chief, has said that staff members at Farb Middle School said they heard Walker was keeping ammunition in locked cabinets in his classroom. He also told students and staff that he had a gun and loved firearms.
Police checked the cabinets but did not find anything improper.
Officers contacted Walker, patted him down and found a .38-caliber semi-automatic pistol with a seven-round magazine. They also found a knife with a 2½-inch blade.

One would hope, but in Calofornia, both lawyers will probably be trying to get gun haters on the jury. Their stupid laws will create another felon, unable to own, or even touch a firearm.....
he told the students and staff he had a gun and loved firearms!! no where is it written that he had a gun on him at school and does not say when the “school police’ contacted him at school or home.
The details of who, what, when, where, and why are in the article... Short but informative.
