I could be wrong, but I have rarely seen a correction in a news story (in recent times), even when the facts were wildly inaccurate. They just pull it, scrub it, and hope no one notices.
That said, the story could have been pulled because it was wrong, or because someone “asked” them to pull it. Just like the White House recently had news outlets pull stories about the Obamas’ vacations, purportedly for “security reasons.”

After CNN beclowned itself with its ridiculous reporting over the bombing, no wonder Fox’s ratings were strong.
CNN was schizophrenic, to boot. They had people like Wolf Blitzer blaming it on “Tax Day” (i.e., the Tea Party), and later that week they try to tag a “dark skinned male.”
That does not explain why his story was pulled from the FN site. Or why he is not responding to Tweets asking about it.

I dont understand your feverish willingness to IMMEDIATELY discount Beck’s research. Look the other way; make all the Alex Jones references you want. If you are honest (even with yourself) there are things happening today (in the legitimate news—heck even Rush—example, Gay Marriage) that less than ten years ago would have been Alex Jones fringy. Controlling gun powder, a major US city regulating soft drink sizes...yep, all Alex Jones crazy, huh?
Ask him why he has never addressed the backroom corruption going on with the Gang of 8 and their amnesty.
