Schoolfriend tells MailOnline how Katherine Russell had dreams of joining the Peace Corps - but was 'totally transformed' by Tamerlan Tsarnaev Katherine Russell, the widow of Boston bomb suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was 'an all-American girl who was brainwashed' by her extremist husband according to one schoolfriend. Today MailOnline has gained the first glimpse and pictures of the early life of the woman who, according to those who knew her best, was 'totally transformed' by Tsarnaev. At high school her personal motto was 'Do something about it or stop complaining'. She dreamed of going to college and joining the Peace Corps. She urged her friends to 'lighten up and enjoy the small things,' in life. Instead she met Tsarneav, 26, a disenfranchised man who came to America from his troubled homeland of Chechnya who rapidly had her in his thrall. By the time she was 21 she had married him and borne his child, Zahara, now three. She had converted to Islam, hidden her tumble of chestnut hair beneath the hijab and undergone a change so profound that today few friends profess to truly understand it.

To understand Pravda of the CCCP, you have to go back to its founder, Trotsky, living within 2 miles of Sigmund Freud, Joseph Stalin, Marshall Tito, and Vladimir Lenin in Vienna, Austria.
Oh, they were a mile and a half away from Adolph Hitler in 1913, too. Hitler was from Austria.
And like the news media today, Vienna had a culture of elitism. Archduke Ferdinand was in that same 2 square mile neighborhood of Vienna then, too.
How’d that work out?!
Brainwashed? What? Is she a 7-year-old? Unless she had a gun held to her head, she willingly signed on to be part of the death cult.
Apparently, this girl is an idiot raised, most likely, by idiot parents.
Well, I wish your niece the best of luck. Hopefully it’s not just about a green card with her guy.
My brother was once taken in by an Ethiopian woman who only married him to secure her citizenship. Naively, he assumed it was about love, but as soon as she had her stamp from Uncle Sam, she was gone.
As for my baby half sister, who knows? Her husband has been in the US for a number of years now, and hasn’t blown anyone up yet. I can only hope is that he’s a person who won’t fall for the radical Islamic agenda.
Well, have you ever considered that a lot of U.S. men are wimps and completely unmasculine. I'm a man, but it wouldn't surprise me that a lot of women aren't interested in them. It surprises me that so many women are interested in those guys.
