He may have gotten by the negligent, incompetent misled DHS, the FBI, ICE, the lax immigration policies, etc, etc, and he may have been awarded citizenship, but that does not change the undeniable and obvious fact that he turned TRAITOR and joined the Islamic enemy in their continuing bloody attacks on America and innocent American citizens (and others). Yes, that is TREASON and the moment he joined in on this treasonous operation he became an enemy combatant!!

This an interesting issue for several reasons. Treason is the only term defined in the Constitution. Natural born citizens were specified for the presidency, but as with every other term in the Constitution, so commonly understood as to assume the common-law definition cited by John Marshall, John Jay, George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Paine, and many others. But “treason” is special because we are the first government based upon laws and not men.
Article III section 3:
Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Obama has been funding and supplying arms to President Morsi, who, as part of the Muslim Brotherhood, has declared the United States to be an enemy and has sworn to “kill the non-believers.” Sixteen F16s and two hundred Abrams tanks to Egypt and freighters of small arms to Muslim Brotherhood/al-Qaeda in Syria from our transshipment station in Benghazi Libya (There was never an embassy or consulate in Benqhazi) is certainly giving "Aid and Comfort" to our enemies, unless we continue to pretend that Muslims who have sworn to convert or kill us all don't really mean what Allah ordainedd as their path to eternal happiness.
Sending the Saudi Family member, active in the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda, who just happened to be near the Boston Marathon finish line to see the handiwork of his Chechnya brothers, likely complicit in attacking our nation, out of reach of our justice system should also qualify as Treason.
Libertarians are not your enemy. Keep focused on those who want to infringe and limit your freedoms, not those who champion it.

There hasn't been a treason trial in several decades. Some of the notable convicted traitors of the twentieth century include:
Kawakita Tomoya, a Japanese American who fought for the Japanese in WWII, was sentenced to death for treason in 1952. After serving a prison term that included time in Alcatraz, he was pardoned and deported to Japan.
Ten years ago someone wrote on how to interrogate Khalid Sheikh Mohammed after he was captured and it could be helpful in this case. Hook him up to a respirator after injecting him with a powerful muscle relaxant that shuts down the body’s breathing reflex. Death by suffocation is probably the most frightful agony that a conscious human can ever know.
Start the questioning by asking what the interrogators already know (”Are you a Muslim? Would you like a drink of pig grease?”).
As long as the Joker answers to the interrogators’ satisfaction, the respirator maintains his breathing & he goes on living. Whenever he balks, shut it off until he frantically signals that he’s willing to talk some more.
Repeat until all useful information has been extracted. Then wish him “Adios, m****f****” & pull the plug. Dispose of remains contrary to all standard muzzie burial practices. Pork should be used in the final process.
An enemy combatant in civilan dress, hang him.

As a libertarian I’ll be surprised if many do. I believe conservatives and libertarians have far more in common than we do in conflict. Free people, free markets, free minds - I think we can agree on those. I’d ask you to reconsider your headline - no need to attack and antagonize a whole body or fellow travelers based on what you heard Napolitano say.

I think that’s pretty clear and you could probably a case for Obama and lets face it a whole host of politicians.
If they just stopped doing a lot of what they do i’d be happy but congress is a snakepit. Every week they’re passing horrible stuff which either restrict liberty or spend $.
It boggles my mind.
I go back to the Ann Coulter theorem that liberalism is a mental disease. They are wrong about terrorism, wrong about morals, wrong about the economy, wrong about evil, wrong about immigration, wrong about gun control, wrong about capitalism, wrong about national defense. etc. etc, The only thing liberals have is 52% of the American people. Disaffected minorities, women who have had abortions, people who reject God’s plan for marriage, idiots who have been brainwashed by ivy league 60’s professors, etc. etc.

It seems like Libertarians are the worst sort of fair weather friends, who hate conservatives when they don’t agree and will go to all lengths to disrupt the conservative agenda, when it suits them.
That’s a good point! I had not thought about the treason aspect....lulled asleep. I thought that since he was not captured on a battlefield where our troops are engaged in combat that a military tribunal was a no go.
So would a charge of treason be required to be prosecuted by military tribunal?
How would the charge of treason affect the charge of terrorism? I just don’t know enough about military tribunals,etc.

Well, the end results is the Judge singing out of the liberal hymn book. This was no mere murder. Treason is defined in the constitution and there’s no way around it. This Islamic militant combatant committed an act of war on American soil. He is a traitor!!
Yes Jim what I found very disturbing is that so many on the left were drooling for the fiends to be tea party.
They don’t want us as political opponents they wanted to use this horror to classify us as enemies of the state.
