“Suspect 1” was written above the gruesome picture.

No, looks like that was done in the ER to open his chest cavity.

Doesn’t bother me they killed him. If they caught them, they would get only prison time and probably be out in 10-15 years for GOOD BEHAVIOR! Mass doesn’t have the death penalty does it? If not, then shooting them is the best thing to do. Go ahead muzzie, suicide by cop is best.
