I watched the two videos of the one they stripped and took into custody. If that wasn't "black hat guy", it was his twin.
The second video showed him dressed and standing in front of a wall. MANY photos were taken of him with policemen who were looking all puffed and important, then he was led off - - still handcuffed. Why make such a big deal of someone who was just being a jerk?
This has a hinkyness about it. Does it show that I do NOT trust our gov't. or believe anything they say? LOL!

What I understand from posts here is that the guy “arrested” was a person on scene who wouldn’t leave the scene and that the guy had nothing to do with anything other than living in and being in Watertown.

CNN just reported the same thing, telling people to stay away from that area.
Considering they threw some sort of explosives at police during the chase, and the police have detonated at least two devices, it sounds like they were loaded for bear. We'll probably never know what their targets actually were.

That is exactly what I am saying. Maybe naked guy was a neighborhood guy, pissed off and looking for a piece of the bombers, maybe he was drunk or just a gawker. Either way, when you have a situation like this and have an uncooperative subject, you take no chances. He goes in the cruiser for his safety and yours.
