That is exactly what I am saying. Maybe naked guy was a neighborhood guy, pissed off and looking for a piece of the bombers, maybe he was drunk or just a gawker. Either way, when you have a situation like this and have an uncooperative subject, you take no chances. He goes in the cruiser for his safety and yours.
