“They” have no problem doing it for other major events, such as the Super Bowl, Olympics, and such....had it been SOP for the Boston Marathon, would it have raised unusual concern beyond what one would normally expect?

Savannah Guthrie on NBC (I know, I know - was channel surfing) interviewed a high school aquaintance of the suspect. She said only one thing negative about him came to her memory - otherwise he seemed nice and normal, and it was that once he posted a comment on his fb page complaining that women were allowed to teach him classes, saying that women should not be allowed to teach him. Others who knew him commented back like “What are you talking about, why are you saying these things?!” And he deleted the comments against women being allowed to teach him.
This definitely shows a Muslim mindset.

Update, 10:03 a.m. EST: Buzzfeed reports that high school classmates of at-large Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzokhar Tsarnaev, 19, are shocked by today’s news. The former classmates describe Dzokhar as a “sweet, sort of quiet” boy with a number of friends at the prestigious Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.
Update, 9:37 a.m. EST: Anzor Tsarnaev, the father of both Boston Marathon bombing suspects, spoke with The Associated Press by telephone from the Russian city of Makhachkala on Friday: “My son is a true angel. … Dzhokhar is a second-year medical student in the U.S. He is such an intelligent boy. As NewsBusters reported earlier, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews seems hell-bent on trying to blame the Boston Marathon bombing on a domestic terrorist, preferrably a conservative one.
After saying shortly into his Hardball program, “Normally domestic terrorists, people, tend to be on the far right,” Matthews later asked his guests if Tax Day had something to do with the event since it doesn’t mean a “whole lot to the Arab world or Islamic world or the, certainly not to al Qaeda” (video follows with transcript):

In explaining why President Obama didn’t call the Boston bombings a “terrorist attack,” former adviser David Axelrod said, “I’m sure what was going through the president’s mind is — we really don’t know who did this — it was tax day”:
“The word has taken on a different meaning since 9/11,” Axelrod said of the phrase “terrorist attack.”
“You use those words and it means something very specific in people’s mind. And I’m sure what was going through the president’s mind is — we really don’t know who did this — it was tax day. Democrats, including Hoyer, today blamed the Boston Marathon bombings on the Republicans. According to them, the Republican Sequester so damaged our intelligence community that it caused the Marathon bombers to get away with it.
Took then just 24 hours to blame conservatives for the lives and limbs lost. I am no fan of the Democrats, but this lowers the level of their loathsomeness to a new bottom.

Let’s hope the Senators and Congressfelons debating about our immigration policies are paying attention to what these Chechen Muslime immigrants are doing. BTW I saw that neither is a US citizen, and that both are registered to vote (probably DemocRAT, though I didn’t see info on party registration).
