You’re oh so right (unfortunately)!
But, they’re very quick to blame the right-wing, GOP, etc., etc. Here’s a post I included on another thread earlier today:
From this thread: CNN Reminds Viewers You Can’t Blame Any Group For ‘Extremists’
Ill bet CNN would have sing quite a different tune if it turns out the terrorists had any connection to tea party, or Palin, or any of the right wing connection.
Absolutely! CNN and others came out of the gate blaming whites, conservatives, the GOP, etc. Here are just some I found on FR:

At 3:38 p.m. Eastern, Huffington Post blogger and Al Sharpton radio producer Nida Khan speculated on Twitter that an anti-government group may be responsible for the deadly bombings at the Boston Marathon. We dont know anything yet of course, but it is tax day & my first thought was all these anti-gov groups, but who knows, tweeted Khan, who immediately received a lot of blowback on Twitter for politicizing the tragedy. But rather than back down, Khan defended her speculation in subsequent tweets

Esquires Charles P. Pierce wrote in an online post on the magazines website that we should not jump to conclusions and blame foreign terrorists, then blames it on right-wing domestic terrorists. He stated remember that this is the official Patriots Day holiday in Massachusetts, celebrating the Battles at Lexington and Concord, and that the actual date (April 19) was of some significance to, among other people, Tim McVeigh, because he fancied himself a waterer of the tree of liberty and the like.

Chris Matthews: Did Boston Bombing Have Anything To Do With Tax Day?
By Noel Sheppard | April 15, 2013 | 18:46
As NewsBusters reported earlier, MSNBCs Chris Matthews seems hell-bent on trying to blame the Boston Marathon bombing on a domestic terrorist, preferrably a conservative one.
After saying shortly into his Hardball program, Normally domestic terrorists, people, tend to be on the far right, Matthews later asked his guests if Tax Day had something to do with the event since it doesnt mean a whole lot to the Arab world or Islamic world or the, certainly not to al Qaeda (video follows with transcript):

Axelrod: Obama thinks Boston bombings could be related to tax day
Weekly Standard ^

In explaining why President Obama didnt call the Boston bombings a terrorist attack, former adviser David Axelrod said, Im sure what was going through the presidents mind is we really dont know who did this it was tax day:
The word has taken on a different meaning since 9/11, Axelrod said of the phrase terrorist attack.
You use those words and it means something very specific in peoples mind. And Im sure what was going through the presidents mind is we really dont know who did this it was tax day. Was it someone who was proyou know, you just dont know. And so I think his attitude is, lets not put any inference into this, lets just make clear that were going to get the people responsible.

The hysterical screeching has already started. The Left is drawn to blame a terrorist attack on American soil on conservatives like a moth is drawn to a flame. Theyre psychopaths who only care about moving their destructive agenda forward. Liberals will say anything; they cant do otherwise. Theyre not bound by any restrictions of common human decency because they have none.
Despicable cancers such as Chris Matthews, Michael Moore and lunatic Cynthia McKinney have already started accusing conservatives of this ugly attack. Let them keep talking.
Either the Boston Police or the media are lying about whether...

Hoyer: Republican Sequester Caused the Boston Marathon Deaths

Democrats, including Hoyer, today blamed the Boston Marathon bombings on the Republicans. According to them, the Republican Sequester so damaged our intelligence community that it caused the Marathon bombers to get away with it.
Took then just 24 hours to blame conservatives for the lives and limbs lost. I am no fan of the Democrats, but this lowers the level of their loathsomeness to a new bottom.
