By Pete Williams, Kristen Welker and Erin McClam, NBC News Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the mailing of letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator that initially tested positive for the poison ricin.
The suspect was identified as Kenneth Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., federal officials told NBC News.
Both letters carried an identical closing statement, according to an FBI bulletin obtained by NBC News on Wednesday.
According to the FBI bulletin, both letters, postmarked April 8, 2013 out of Memphis, Tenn., included an identical phrase, "to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance."
In addition, both letters are signed: "I am KC and I approve this message."

I think that we will all rest easier when high capacity, fifty stamp rolls are outlawed. Nobody needs more than a book of ten stamps.
One of the replies on an article about this on Hot Air had this link to a ripoff report this guy submitted in 2007:
Guess discovering the fridge full of body parts at the hospital sent him off the deep end.

Complaint Review: North Mississippi Medical Center
Scheper-Hughes served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Brazil in the 1960s. She has worked as an activist and with social movements in Brazil (in defense of rural workers, against death squads, and for the rights of street children) in the United States (as a civil rights worker and as a Catholic Worker[citation needed] for the homeless mentally ill, against nuclear weapons research at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory[citation needed]) and internationally in defense of the rights of those who sell their kidneys. [edit] Organ tradeIn 1999, Scheper-Hughes joined with three other professors to launch Organs Watch, an organization dedicated to research on the global traffic in human organs, tracking the movements of people and organs around the globe, as well as the global inequities that facilitate this trade.
seems to tie in to the organ thing
To say nothing of the way the post office has been consolidating, and if the postmark was Memphis, and one letter was sent to a Mississippi official....bingo!! Tupelo is close enough that all their mail would now be postmarked at Memphis.
His profile pic is of him by a bumper sticker that says “Christian and a Democrat!”
Memphis is right on the border...
This Ken Curtis was arrested in Corinth today at his home here. I guess Tupelo being the largest town within 50 miles is for news brevity.
I know me either... that tells me he ISN’T white. but, who knows its all so crazy
It may be someone he knows?
Do you really think someone who was sending Ricin to elected officials would be making posts about the heroes in Boston.
According to other accounts, his full name is:
Paul Kevin Curtis of Tupelo, Miss.
That might explain why the searches mentioned above didn’t turn up anything.
Other stories report that he protested illegal traffic in body parts, or something of the kind.
https://sites.google.com/site/paulkevincurtis/ I think this site explains it. he alleges some conspiracy to market body parts which involves a shadow government....
