CNN may have jumped the gun on this one. NBC just quoted someone from the Attorney’s office in Boston, saying that no arrests were made.
We can be pretty sure he is not white.
I may be off base here, but I don’t see that many bomb placements without a team. If one guy was running around making deliveries by himself, it would seem that someone would have taken notice early on.
That one bag by the stand there at the finish line should have caused people to take notice anyway. It was a cardinal violation of modern day ‘suspicious package’ rules.

"CNN and Fox News have reported an arrest has been made, while the Associated Press and Boston Globe say the bombing suspect is in custody and expected in federal court. However, CBS and NBC are reporting there has not been an arrest in the case.
If their was more than one suspect, the announcement of an arrest might cause the others to go dark and flee. I can see why LEO’s might want to squelch such a story.
