The title is a bit misleading. 50 Cent said “I can’t say it was karma”. He isn’t wondering if it is karma.

That “karma” comment was very revealing about his perspective regarding the deaths of innocent adults.
I’m glad that Mark Wahlberg has spoken out about what that thug said. Not only was an innocent little 8 year old boy murdered, his sister lost her leg and his mother was critically injured. What kind of monster calls that “karma”?
Most likely this “report” is an approximation of a syntatically weak combination of words from an inarticulate random person.
