I saw it early before they blocked his face. Poor guy..totally in shock....Looked to be in his twenties...very sad..very. Regardless of how advanced medicine is..his legs are gone...and when he comes to he’ll be faced with that.

You thinking dirty bomb

Well, they didn’t say to get out the duct tape and plastic window sheeting.

The phrasing has me wondering. The bombs were too small, even if they were/are dirty bombs to panic the whole city. Dirty bombs need particulates to cling to, to be "effective." Lots of smoke on these two explosions. Just thought it was odd. May have been precautionary too.
