In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools.
Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs."
After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing,energy and infrastructure,Obama said,“And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

So we should pay for thousands of more teachers at something like $100,000 per teacher per year (including benefits), so that some people who cannot afford care for their children in traditional day care settings that employee less costly workers, do not have to figure out how to pay for it?
And a terrific side benefit. We will need more unionized teachers to pay dues to the unions that will then be passed on to the Dem Party to help defeat the evil Republicans.

When we get a government staffed with people who could pass a a75 year old high school civics test, those people will make it a crime for any parent to send their children to a public school.
“Education” degrees will be banned, and the holders will be sent back to first grade to really learn how to learn.
Journalists will be sent back to kindergarden to learn basic human interface techniques, thence to a training school for the retarded.
Anyone using the word “quota” will be sent to the guillotine.
And all progressives will be tied, tortured, burned, and launched into space.
It will NOT save the taxpayers money.
It WILL provide another means of furthering the teachers unions.
It WILL provide THE STATE with furhter access to a younger learning mind, AWAY AND REMOVED FROM PARENTAL INTERFERENCE.

Then the next year, they'll put a Prop on the ballot to raise the sales tax yet another half a percentage and the same mini van ninnies will be mobilized by the schools to post their support all over their social media accounts and show up to the polls en masse.
