Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to find two children taken from their grandmother's home Wednesday morning.
Authorities say Joshua Hakken came into Patricia Hauser's home, on the 14000 block of Shady Shores Drive, tied her up and took her two grandchildren. Hakken fled the home in Hauser's 2009 silver Toyota Camry.
Authorities are looking for the children, 2-year old Chase and 4-year old Cole Hakken, who could possibly be in a black 2006 GMC pickup with Florida tag BHNV-86 registered to Joshua Hakken. Deputies believe Sharyn Hakken may be with them as well.
Chase Hakken is 3 feet tall, weighs 33 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing pajamas. Cole Hakken is 3 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 44 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was also last seen wearing pajamas.
Both subjects are considered armed and dangerous and according to authorities, are anti-government and have attempted a previous abduction at gun point in Louisiana. Anyone with any information is asked to call 911 or to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200.
I’m sure that is what is actually happening, but for FR sake, we’ll just jump to our standard conclusions.
I’ve since switched to FiOS, but when I did have Brighthouse, I enjoyed Al Ruechel. Something tells me he’s not a liberal.
But I hated their Political Connections when they would bring on Adam Smith from the TBT.
That is because the government wishes to hide something that could effect public sentiment. So the news agencies should demand that officials pony up, or otherwise refuse to print the story. That is how they can get the truth.
Patricia Hauser has had legal custody of her grandchildren, four-year-old Cole and two-year-old Chase, since 2012, when Joshua and Sharyn lost custody for displaying pot in front of their sons at an "anti-government rally" in Louisianna.

for a sec there I thought Chase and Cole were considered armed and dangerous
Nobody should lose their children for something that’s legal in one or more of the 57 states. PERIOD.
Nothing like pitting the grandmother against the rest of the family here. Grandma will lose custody if she doesn’t report them gone. Another family destroyed by excessive and invasive govt.
Worse is the authorities characterizing a Stop the War on Drugs rally as an anti-government rally.
Disagree with the government and you are a dangerous suspect, shoot on sight.
yep,
Hi, I’m from (whatever gub mint agency) and I’m hear to help you is about the biggest LIE anyone has ever heard.
And it doesn’’t matter what country either.
Everyone EVERY where is disgusted with gub mint and its lackys.
The War on Drugs is for the children, so if you oppose it you should lose your children.
</sarcasm>
Our Founding Fathers were anti-government. That’s why the Constitution is written the way it is.
Heard on the news a few minutes ago that the father and wife run/ran an engineering firm in Tampa. Not exactly stoopid people. Saw a mailbox outside his house (on TV video) that had the ‘infowars.com’ logo on it. Definitely today’s govt reason to lose your kids.
I’m very worried for this couple. Authorities are pretty much giving themselves a shoot-on-sight pass with their characterization.
These kids were taken 10 months ago and I’m betting Grandma was causing problems, continually bring up carp to the caseworker to create delay after delay. Just feeding her son in law into the meat grinder because she didn’t like his politics.
“Does it strike anyone else as odd that they would put in this article that they are “anti-government?” Why even mention that? “
It’s a propaganda term, just like demanding the term ‘illegal immigrant’ never be used again. It’s meant to confuse. If you protest the government, like the tea party, you are ‘anti government’...like ALL of us here on FR. Now, when thousands of illegal aliens take to the streets with no permits, waving a foreign flag, they are NEVER considered ‘anti-government’, because they aren’t...as long as the government bends our laws to suit them.
When these people in the article turn out to be seriously deranged kooks, they will represent all of us ‘anti-government’ citizens.
When we went to Klamath Falls to protest and demanded the government turn on the water for the farmers, Rep Greg Walden called me ‘anti-government’. After the mess went on for several months, and he figured out he was GONE, he suddenly ran to our aid at the big demonstration with media. I enjoyed asking him how he liked being ‘anti-government’, too!
I heard a neighbor on the news talk about a baot in the driveway, that wasn’t there anymore. I pray he didn’t go out yesterday into the Gulf, headed for Mexico or such, and hit the messy storms we are feeling today around Tampa.
Hard to find any fresh news on these people today. I suppose no news is good news.
Never mind. That was someone else.
