One does not have to be black to be from a) a ghetto, or b) have one, three, five baby-mamas....
“Ghetto” is a state of mind and environment; color sometimes has something to do with it, but not always.
There are a lot of WHITE KIDS tagging and spraying graffiti now. It never really was a “black thing” exclusively. The srt meda have done a lot to glorify it, and cities all over the world that were once beautiful look like crap.
Graffiti is kind of like rape.
