In related news, Ted Kennedy’s long defunct “Teddy’s Driving School” is being relaunched with funds provided by some dude with weird hair named Soros.
PS—are we still required to pray for Teddy or get the boot?

If this is a joke, it’s “in your face”, like the 0bama vacations.
“Ha ha, we know that we’re spending YOUR money irresponsibly, and we’re going to rub it in by proclaiming a month of teaching responsible budgeting.”

When Obama was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2009, the total debt of the federal government was $10,626,877,048,913.08. As of the close of business on March 28, 2013, the total debt of the federal government was $16,766,988,432,792.62an increase of $6,140,111,383,879.54 since Obama took office. That means that under Obama the federal debt has increased $53,377 for each one of the 115,031,000 households the Census Bureau says there are now in the United States. The president is required by law to submit a budget proposal for the next fiscal year by the first Monday in February. Thus far, Obama has not submitted his budget proposal for fiscal 2014 nor has he submitted one in 4 years!. and yet another piece of ammo provided to the RNC, but will they use it? NO!!!! These ads write themselves, yet we do nothing with it. Just how stupid is the RNC?

I call upon all Americans to observe this month with programs and activities to improve their understanding of financial principles and practices, Obama said in an official proclamation released Friday.
*********
The jerk broke the law by not coming up with a budget by Feb. 4th, but he’s going to teach us responsibility? These morons live in a made-up world of their own. Sick!

President Barack Obama, who has increased the national debt by $53,377 per household, has proclaimed April National Financial Capability Month, during which his administration will do things such as teach young people how to budget responsibly."
April Fool!!!
Even in "teaching young people how to budget responsibly.", this fraud wants a government program. Does he need the government to show him how to dress in the morning?

History does not bode well for this level of hypocrisy.

HA!
budget responsibly - By not having a budget but print more money and raise taxes.
saving for college - Why? A college education should be free for everyone.
starting a business - You gotta be kidding. We don't want any more stinking capitalists, especially not successful ones.
opening a retirement account - So that the government can confiscate it and portion it out to someone more deserving.
