This is yet another Obama abuse of the "executive order" power. Furthermore, as Mark Levin pointed out on his radio show last week, one of the goals here is to federalize election procedure, which generally is not considered an area for federal government involvement under the Constitution and traditionally is reserved to the states pursuant to the Tenth Amendment.
But the bottom line here is to prod states to "reform" election procedures so as to make voting fraud and cheating even easier than it currently is, coming in the wake of an election featuring an unprecedented degree of such shenanigans on the part of the Democrats. Grossly exaggerating the degree of hardship experienced by the voter is a perfect pretense for destroying any integrity that remains in the voting system.

It's simply incredible that last year's chief attorney for the Romney campaign, a fellow named Ginsberg, will be co-chairing this new Obama commission with the sleazy Obama lawyer, Bob Bauer. This is why they call it "bipartisan." No Republican who wants to win another election should be participating on it.
The only reason Bob Bauer isn’t sitting in jail right now is because the politician AG’s give him a pass on subornation of perjury and of election fraud. Bob Bauer was notified in advance of the 2012 Democratic Convention that Obama’s Hawaii BC is legally non-valid (as effectively confirmed by HI state registrar Alvin Onaka to AZ SOS Ken Bennett) and that anybody swearing Obama was eligible would perjure himself.
Apparently the Chief of Police for the Lincoln, NE Police Department refuses to allow Bauer’s crime of election fraud against the people of Nebraska to be investigated. And NE AG Jon Bruning thinks that the Secretary of State’s office is a a law enforcement entity.

THAT is why Bob Bauer is not sitting in jail right now. Instead, having proven that he is a liar, a criminal, and an enemy of the Republic, he will be running the entire election process.
