If we had actual leaders in this country, that statement would tantamount to a declaration of war.

I guess from their perspective, that is the way to go. See, they have leaders there who do the right thing for their country. Here, we have leaders who are either too dense to understand the damage this open border stuff does to the fabic of this society (me putting in politely), or more accurately only caring about whether their party goals will be furthered if they can pack the voter rolls.

ZAP!!!

WRONG ANSWER!!

If we had an Administration run by patriotic, thinking Americans - unlike this one or the previous three - the government would militarize the border, seize Mexico’s assets, and use deductions from those assets to cover the cost of dealing with thye expense of their illegal alien invaders here - apprehending, incarerating, caring for, trying, and expediting them.

THis charade is permitted to go along as it has because most American don’t DEMNAD that it stop. The incentive to keep it going is political - from the Democrats who want votes and economic - from Republicans getting support from corportate interests who want cheap labor. It also comes from the large collection of fruitcakes who run America’s Mainstream Christian Churches who think we have an obligation to accept and feed the entire world,

If the Mexicans were white, conservative people with a history of liberty and freedom, that border would be shut tighter than the Berlin Wall.

“Mexico cannot limit the freedom of its citizens to go anywhere they like”

...of course, if you come into Mexico illegally (not that anyone would ever want to) we will arrest you, and throw away zee key. - Fox

Hypocrite!

They will never do anything except wait for the traitorous American politicians to pass amnesty over and over. Party be damned its only about pandering to special interest groups.

BLUF - without the transfer of payments from ex-pat Mexicans to their families still in Mexico the Mexican governments would be one continuous series of revolutions.

Take a close look at the history of Mexico 100 years ago. The central governments were face will a continuous cycle of revolutions because their internal economy could not provide for the people of Mexico. Since the American economy across the international boarder was primarily ranching there was no outside sources of money to be sent “home”.

Unfortunately Northern Mexico will always be a economic part of the US. If that lifeline is ever cut off the ruling families of Mexico have only a small chance of surviving the resulting political upheaval.

“Vicente Fox Says Mexico Will Not Act To Stop Illegal Immigration”

Very poor headline, or Fox’s American English isn’t all he thinks it is.

According to the headline, Fox will allow illegal immigration INTO Mexico. but of course they will incarcerate and/or shoot all of THOSE.

Fox probably means that “Mexico Will Not Act To Stop Illegal Emigration”.

...unless Hussein’s racist incompetent illiterate handlers handed Fox a script to read.

Well, when East Germany built the Berlin wall to keep citizens in, we condemned it. And rightly so.

Logically, he’s right. It’s not his job to keep people from fleeing, it’s his job to make them want to stay. It’s our job to keep immigration in control.

Those are just the facts as I see them and my opinion as to what they mean.

“Mexico cannot limit the freedom of its citizens to go anywhere they like. If we would do so, we would be like Cuba....that’s not our job.”

And our job, amigo, is to stop Mexicanos at the border just like you stop Hondurans, Guatemalans, Nicaraguans, etc. at the Mexican border.

If I were president, we would be tossing their dead bodies over the wall. Then, perhaps, he might consider doing something to prevent the invasion by HIS people.

Why should they stop? They have not and will not make even a single effort to make the lives of their citizens better. They don’t have to as long as the political class in D.C. looks at the illegals as potential voters instead of people breaking the law.

Mr. Fox is correct that a free country can’t stop their people from leaving if they want. The freedom to leave however does not carry with it the freedom to enter another sovereign country at will. Just as Mexico has the right and responsibility to control entry into their country, so does the United States. Mexico can’t be blamed for our government’s failure to control immigration.

Fox is absolutely right. Why SHOULD he care if his people try to sneak into our country. I wish OUR deadbeats would sneak into Mexico. People go where the money is.
