Does our country stop people that are leaving and try to determine if they are doing so with illegal intentions in the country they are bound for?
I have a Checkpoint Charlie stamp in my passport, but how does it work for someone driving from Texas to Mexico? Are you detained by U.S. government security personnel to determine if you are free to leave the U.S.?
