The zombies thrive on government incomes and services with most customers receiving government incomes (especially local governments fat on federal pork). In the end of the default process, they’ll have no juicy targets to rob but each other. They’ll all be looking at their own layoffs and foreclosures soon. There will be food (USA—remember?), but toys and fuel will be scarce.
