You shoveled snow??????????? EEEEEEgads! LOL
Sooo....do you mean to say it’s one thing you do NOT miss? :)
Mom doing well? A nice trip? *Hugs*
To: AZamericonnie
I also painted a room.
Two coats.
Mom has most of her mobility back, scoots around with her walker, dresses and uses the Bathroom, and makes her own breakfast.
Sis takes care of the meds, lunch and dinner, and she has most of her mental acuity back as well.
She is, however, very angry and focuses too much on how badly she has been treated by the medical establishment.
She’s is CORRECT, of course, but dwelling upon it is not going to improve her health.
I mostly tried to tell her she was a CONQUEROR, An OVER-COMER, and that she should be proud of her victory.
It is a tough road though.
(I couldn’t let my B-I-L who just turned 50, shovel that snow by himself. Us 60 year old women are made of sterner stuff.)
