Wouldn’t most blacks be gay by now, if this were true?

I like chicken. We eat lots of chicken.
I am not the least bit gay.... I simply wear my wife’s clothes when she’s at work, because they are more comfortable.
I would write more, but it’s time for my bubble bath.

I wonder if she tastes like chicken. I ain't gonna try to find out.
If I want to eat something green and hairy, I'll just dig around in the back of the fridge.

Since naturally occurring Good old soy has feminizing qualities, I dont think chemically manufactured and far stronger hormones are without consequence. If the excreted hormones from contraceptives may be a causative factor in hermaphroditic fish in the Potomac and Chesapeake, then the hormones likely present in any river derived water system in a municipality downstream from another urban area might have some effect.
Why wouldn't hormones added to animals' feed be ingested, and have an effect as well?
Humans eat they know not what (unless you raised it), and between soy (in virtually everything) and residual hormones from human urine, there's a good chance they are having an effect.
I'm not laughing at her, either. Even though at first blush her statement sounds outlandish, I think it may well have merit.

Most farm families I have known that eat a lot of chicken raised those chickens. Not too many people pump their chickens full of hormone laced feed to maximize growth: It’s a chicken. Where that becomes profitable is in a large operation where they are selling them by the boatload, where a few extra ounces per unit pays off.

And, at any rate, non-primate growth hormones can't dock with primate growth hormone receptors and, therefore, can exert no hormonal effect on primates. Primate growth hormones, though, are able to dock with the growth hormone receptors of quadrupeds like cows. So, conceivably, a calf could get a growth boost if it drank enough human milk.

I’m not so concerned about the growth hormones: the Obama diet schoolkids are being put on will keep their growth in check. It is the estrogens (excreted, recycled in water supplies) and pseudoestrogens (soy) which seem more likely to cause problems.

Human growth hormones would be too expensive to use, but would probably work on chickens. Avian growth hormones, though, wouldn't work on humans because they can't dock with and activate the primate growth hormone receptor.
