Exactly. I might ask what House elections are for. Im sure leftiesd be pleased as punch if there were just one big election, a sorta national plebescite granting all power to one party or another. But were not setup for that. Plus, its a horrific idea. No they only consider it valid if the plebecite gives all power the the DemocRAT party. They'd consider it invalid if a plebecite gave any or all power to the Republican party.

What is congress for then? Just get rid of it and have an emperor.I don't know if you've been tuned in, but Congress has been giving away its powers (our powers, actually - that's what "representative" means) since 1913.
