Just felt it needed to be said. Part of your post went that way. I took it and ran with it.
Cheers.

He sits there watching her rant just with a touch of a smile not batting an eye or flinching at all while she rants and raves and then he finally replies : None of us doubt your passion on this issue (Translation you sound like a drama queen) but the please note that the Senator from CA still didnt answer my question at which point Sen Bow-wow starts barking again. Liberal thinking is so dominated by lower class women that the 'feeling thing' has taken over in democrat circles. Even someone like Maddow falls for it - the person who 'feels' the most - with attitude (even better) - wins. Extra points are given for rolling eyes, stomping feet and looking exasperated. It's funny to watch.

these democrats , Fienstein included, are pure evil statist/socialist monsters.
their main goal is to grow government.
As government grows liberty contracts. as government grows opportunity in the economy retracts. Democrats know this but are pure evil incarnate as they want us to be slaves of the government

These rights are absolute, in that the government has no authority to abridge them in any case, other than to prevent the direct violation of some other citizens rights. Not according to Sen. Dickie Durbin. He says "There are no absolute rights".

Cruz’s dry response to Leahy’s insult of Texas was priceless: “Mr. Chairman, I appreciate your acknowledging that the state of Texas allows books.” It looked like it went right over Leahy’s head.

Blowhard Feinstein didnt answer his philosophical question. She took offense and played the typical indignant offended victim because she knew he had posed a tough question.
Cruz should have replied:
1) [Byotch], this question wasnt intended to provoke an angry response and a long diatribe about how long youve been here as if that qualifies you more than anyone else. Rather, it was a philosophical question to help give perspective to the gun control question when compared to other rights.”
2) “I’m sorry my asking a purely philosophical Constitutional question made you feel like a 6th grader.
Now please will you address my question, Senator WineStein?”

Also, there used to be a wikipedia page listing the most murders committed at once by individuals. However, I tried to find it and they “conveniently” changed it to only show gun murders. They even deleted a list of deadliest arson.
Why? All the top murders were arson, plane hijackings and bombings. Here is one list but I think wikipedia had many more:

DOES anyone have pictures of just how very tired Diane Feinstein looks?

Cruz obviously did not read "How to Win Friends and Influence People". Then how did he go from pretty much no name recognition to a landslide victory in the primary and general election in the matter of a few months?

But grenade launchers are arms, and the Second Amendment specifically states arms, not firearms, so, going by that, grenade launchers should be able to be purchased by citizens.

In that case, it looks like Senator Dustbin and I will continue to disagree...
He is welcome to take the issue up, face to face, with the One who is the source of those rights.
