had he bought a new AR-15, he could have walked right out of the store with it-- thus demonstrating the point he claims he wanted to make. After paying for it of course.
This is the way things ought to be under the constitution and as the founders intended. When you have a RIGHT, you should not have to ask anyone's permission. You should be able to prosecute anyone who iterferes with your guaranteed right.

Fern's Law: Liberals actually believe none of the things they preach to you about. The corollary to Fern's law is:
They just don't trust their subjects.
And believe me, you are viewed as their subjects. Your typical rancher thinks better of his livestock.

I'm beginning to get concerned that our boy here can't pick up his gun because he didn't pass the federales' background check.
So what else was he into? Did he set up that young nutball to shoot his wife perhaps?
Really, it's time for the conspiracies to come flow out!

Kinda like the Obama administration running guns to narcoterrorists in Mexico resulting in the murder of thousands, including US citizens, and the administration lying about it, then citing no involvement yet claiming “executive privilege” to suppress details.

1. He didn't actually buy it. The gun he intended to buy was on consignment, and there's a 20-day federal delay to check to see if the weapon was used in a crime. No, this is a local Tucson ordinance, not federal.

he was buying it to demonstrate how easy it is to buy an AR-15.That's akin to robbing a bank, then after you get caught claiming, "Hey, Great Job! I was just testing out your security."
Is "Husband of Near-Marytred Female Democrat" considered a protected class? He's white, and male. BUT, he IS married to one of the left's current It girls. I may just sit back and watch the fireworks.

Mark Kelly, Gabby Giffords' husband, got caught buying an AR-15. Not a crime, of course, but certainly a strange purchase for a gun-control advocate looking to ban the weapon.
What is with astronauts?? John Glenn and Mark Kelly are Liberals...is there something in space that causes their brain to go crazy??
Mark Kelly, you are late in buying it... you should have one before Giffords was shot, so she could shoot back!!

Just goes to the power of buying a gun.

Kelly is acting a bit like Brady's wife. Parading and exploiting his damaged wife for profit and pushing his liberal view points. It's good to see Gabby recovering some part of her life, but being used to read prepared anti-gun tripe is just disgusting.
