Someone should start compiling a list of waste in the government. Specific programs that are inefficient, redundant, or an outright waste of tax dollars.

This information should be presented widely.

Also, I am betting that most programs cannot account for the money that they are given let alone be able to prove that they need the increases that Obama is so vehemently defending.
