Jeb Bush Going For 'Full Ginsburg' To Promote Immigration Policy On TV Named for the Lewinsky lawyer who first pulled off the feat, former governor to appear on all five major Sunday talk shows 9 March 2013
In insider Washington slang it is a publicity coup that has been dubbed the "full Ginsburg" when a single interviewee snags a slot on all five of American television's major Sunday morning talk shows on the same day.
It was named after Monica Lewinsky lawyer William Ginsburg who was the first to pull it off in 1998 but now former Florida governor Jeb Bush will on Sunday repeat the rare PR feat.
The move is certain to stoke up a frenzy of fresh speculation about Bush's future political plans and whether he intends to run for the White House in 2016 and perhaps restore a Bush dynasty that has already seen one of his brothers and his father occupy the Oval Office.
Bush, who is hugely popular with conservatives but whose political ambitions have previously been hampered by the legacy of George W Bush's two terms as president, will appear on Sunday morning new shows on NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN and Fox News.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but its time for a new party if he or Christie are nominated. Anything less than a real conservative I walk for good. Mittens was the last time I go with the big tent get’er done idea.

What the news media has in store for us is President Hillary Clinton or President Michelle Obama. Mark my words. with 4 miliion more new immigrant democrat voters and the news media controlling everything what won't they do to us? only thing worse is if this communist pos Barack Obama decides to stay in power.

Mitt Romney’s older brother Scott is now talking about running for Carl Levin’s seat here in Michigan. And if one RINO wasn’t enough, our former SOS Terri Land is also talking about running.

As you look back over the last ten years or so isn’t it strange how so many people like Jeb Bush were considered conservative to us back then but now we see them as rinos or faux conservatives who took on the conservative label because they knew that they needed to pretend to be conservatives in order to get elected.
To: cripplecreek
The last two times, I think the establishment were behind many of the candidates just to flood the market with faux conservatives in order to take votes away from any real conservatives.

Jeb Bush intends on being the President of the United States and there isn't a conservative in America that hes not willing to throw under the bus to accomplish his goal. Hey, why not? It worked in 2012!

Thanks Steelfish.
- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften [immigration, gay marriage] stance]
- One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]

That’s so true Cradle of Freedom. Washington is like a black hole. Any politician who gets there is immediately pulled by the forces of the Establishment - both on the Dem and GOP sides - into jettisoning their principles in exchange for being accepted into “polite” Washington society. It must take an incredible amount of integrity and strength to resist the impulse to go along to get along. Anyone who refuses to toe the party line is shunned, labelled a kook or “whacko bird”, kept out of leadership positions and off committees and denied financial support during elections.
