At a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on Thursday, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) opposed an amendment to her Assault Weapons Ban legislation that would allow military veterans to continue to buy the firearms that would be banned. Feinstein says a veteran may be mentally ill and should be prevented from purchasing firearms.

“Feinstein says a veteran may be mentally ill and should be prevented from purchasing firearms”
I’m almost positive that there are great numbers of Congress who are mentally ill. Perhaps it is those who should be prevented from buying firearms.
Get her sorry A$$ out of our lives, this worthless wench wouldn’t know the difference between a model 1911 and a P38.
Some people may be shite house rat crazy and and have low IQs...so they should be exempt from running for public office.
Your shot.
What about the police? Many many police officers are now claiming disability from PTSD. Also I have read that cops suffer greater rates of suicide, domestic violence, alcoholism and other disorders than the general population.
I think it’s time to remove this person from office by any means necessary.
and who is surprised by this sh*t...i tell you...a line has been crossed with this bunch thieves and criminals...it is becoming more and more evident that this is a “we vs them” situation

The United States has a seriously large number of very highly trained and capable combat vets with extensive combat experience. This scares the heck out of our politicians, especially those politicians who anticipate being in control of the new Civilian Security that is better armed than the US military.
The Democrats are really more concerned with keeping weapons out of the hands of experienced combat vets using the pretext of PTSD and giving themselves the legal grounds to seize weapons from vets and perhaps even institutionalize them if there should be civil strife in order to keep vets from organizing effective countermeasures to any of the kinds of situations we may face if things get seriously sideway in the economy.

Not a problem for them. They have armed security. At our expense.
Feinswein is definitely deranged, though. She is obsessed. Like a mosquito, she thrives on blood.
Apparently the Honourable Moroness from California has never heard of "shell shock", a known issue from a century ago.
I agree, but unfortunately she's one of the Senatorial "Sainted Ones," who will never be defeated.
Our Democrat Politicians are getting very nervous about guns being in the hands of ex combat vets who really know how to use them effectively
Kind of makes you wonder.
Dear God, I really want to strangle this stupid liberal hag...
I wrote to her and pointed that out and said if she was being intellectually honest with her argument she would recognize that cops suffer from PTSD too....but I digress...
Arguements like Fiendstains’ could be made for any group.
Would she say in San Francisco that gays may have aids and thus prone to suicide?
That is probably a correct assessment. Mrs. Feinstein is referencing a Battle of Athens scenario where returned WWII veterans helped overthrow some crooked politicians in Tennessee.
I have no doubt that the level of crookedness that exists in our politician class today, exceeds that which existed in Athens in 1946.
If so, she just flunked her Ebonics course. It should be, "...no issue is arose..."
I agree with you completely. The bastards won't be able to do much about their knowledge and leadership though.

ROFL, you got me. I actually leaned forward and said "wait a minute..." before I got it. LOL, nice job!
