CBS News has learned the Obama admin has turned Benghazi docs to senate intel comm
One source who viewed the docs says someone in a federal agency "press shop" was involved in changing the talking points to remove al Qaeda
An official familiar with the docs says there were warnings from Libya sent to Washington in the days leading up to the attack--(cont)
--that specifically warned of an imminent attack on the US compound in Benghazi
A source familiar with the docs says most every communication between Libya and DC from the start of the attacks referenced --
--al Qaeda or al Qaeda affiliates as being the likely instigators
A source who viewed the docs says the few that mentioned a protest on benghazi nite were not first hand references
Two sources believe Benghazi survivor info and transcripts still have not been provided in unredacted form to committee
So, did Valerie Jarrett keep this information from barry or did Himself come up with the idea to blame the whole thing on some sort of innocouous video that nobody had ever seen?
BUT I thought this was a spontaneous act of violence because of a video..........

GREGORY: Was there a failure here that this administration is responsible for, whether it’s an intelligence failure, a failure to see this coming, or a failure to adequately protect U.S. embassies and installations from a spontaneous kind of reaction like this?
MS. RICE: David, I don’t think so. First of all we had no actionable intelligence to suggest that-- that any attack on our facility in Benghazi was imminent. In Cairo, we did have indications that there was the risk that the video might spark some-- some protests and our embassy, in fact, acted accordingly, and had called upon the Egyptian authorities to-- to reinforce our facility.
Interesting that all the communications indicate Al Qaeda was behind the attacks.
Attkinsson should be on Fox with Jenn Herridge et. al, but I’m glad she’s on CBS as people who don’t watch Fox will get a chance to see and hear some truth for a change. Hopefully the editors will not succumb to the Admin’s efforts to embargo her reports.

This alone, is a crime that someone needs to go to jail over.
That is a very good point. I have seen the claim about these ‘survivors’ over and over again. GOP, Reporters, whatever. I have seen the claim that they were hospitalized, ubnavailable and 5 other things.
Can anyone explain to me why months later, the ‘investigators ardent screaming from the rooftops that these people have simply disappeared? I mean lets get real. Unless they were ALL either deep cover CIA types, CIA prisoners/captives or up to less than savory activities, there is exactly zero reason to keep them hidden.
That would indicate they were/ were doing one of the above. So for the question to be so thoroughly ignored (no more than a token blurb here and there to give cover that ‘we discussed it’ tells me that the investigators have full knowledge as to what happened, why and who it happened to.
And they are ALL lying through their teeth to cover it up.

Does not shock me. The thing is that while Her thighness was the poster girl, we know damn well who was there, at least in part. We have the names of the staff in our very own records.
WE PUT THEM THERE.
Now that fact is incontinently omitted from most reports I have seen. And ant private detective with a list of names like that can track down pretty much anyone areound/associated with them.
So are we to believe the power of our intel agencies can’t? Hardly. This is an obvious coverup and Congress knows damn well who was there. If they don’t then that’s an even BIGGER problem as they have ceeded their authority and allowed Obama to completely strip them of anything but the name on their desk plaque.
Well, as you know 'if it looks like, acts like, quacks like, it is'. Everything points to an OBVIOUS COVERUP.
Issa and his committee needs to step up to the plate and get some answers. There seems to be too many players in this that are able to pass the buck.
