It’s not just the fault of the establishment GOP, Rove or Mitt the Twit, it is also the fault of anybody out there who sat out the election and did not vote for whatever stupid reason. He would not have been a clone of der Fuehrer; no Reagan, but not a steaming pile of obama.

Thanks to all of you “concience” and “never a mormon” non-voters out there; this is your fault too. Nitwits.

The "Money" of the interview was when he compared Obama to Nero, No one in the Lame Streams will pick up on it, I'd hope Drudge or someone else will....

Mitt Romney says it "kills" him that he's not president. But he doesn't blame Superstorm Sandy, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie or anything else on his loss to President Barack Obama--except his campaign's failure to connect with minority voters.

Four months after the election and Romney still doesn't get it. Moving to the left was never going to win an election.

And these days, it never will. Romney's candidacy split the base right down the middle. His refusal to see this is just one more example of a fatal flaw in the man's vision.

Romney is not in the WH because, like all conservatives/Repubs, he was not "pure" enough for the feet-in-cement "conservative/Republicans" who will only settle for someone as ideological as they. Since no such person exists to appeal to enough "conservatives, no Repub, much less conservative, will reach national office for quite some time to come.

Conservatives are only hurting themselves by not making reasonable compromises (they feel they've been burned too many times - GWB, for example). By staying home this election in large numbers, they guaranteed us four more years of Obama. They stay home again in 2014 and we'll see Obama control not just the Executive but both houses of Congress.

Over 100 replys and maybe a dozen got it right. Christie wasn’t the fault. It was him, his whole campaign and his choices on those who ran it.
I don’t like straw men in straw hats relying on straw polls who go tilting at straw windmills.
GOPES weren’t watching the left hand. herf://www.theusmat.com/

...and the damage done by those disastrous "47 percent" comments...

If Romney doesn't care anymore, maybe he should sue the bartender who illegally recorded Romney's private appearance on his cellphone and then held onto it for months before releasing it to the MSM.

Make an example of somebody to show that some things won't be tolerated anymore.

Then I guess Romney should not have let the consultant class McCainites run his campaign into the ground and not present a clear alternative to the Obama radicalism.

He ran a overtly cautious, unprincipled campaign that allowed the left to trash his character and paint him with any brush they wanted.

Until Republicans learn to FIGHT the media, FIGHT the vile left, FIGHT and present CLEAR, CONSISTENT, CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES with PASSION — we are never winning again.

I believe Mitt Romney would be a very good President. Not my first choice on the issues, but I sure wish he was there.

--except his campaign's failure to connect with minority voters.

The MSM isn't going to give up on this meme EVER. It's of vital importance that the idea that failure for both parties to kowtow endlessly to minorities = loss of elections.

Hey, how about his failure to connect to the white majority in states like Ohio and Pennsylvania?

Had Romney won we would not be sitting waiting for homeland security to release thousands of criminal illegal aliens upon us as a blackmail for more taxes.
