At some point, we've got to do some governing? Is he serious? Does he not understand what his paycheck is for?
Being President is a full time "do some governing" job. Yet Obama looks at it as something to avoid. Reluctantly every nine months or so, Obama find himself in a position where he actually has to do something. This could possibly be one of those times.
