No sooner did President Barack Obama and a group of senators separately outline proposals to revamp the nations immigration system than the phone lines on several African-American-oriented talk radio shows heated up with callers blasting the plans.
Amnesty, complained Frankie from Maryland recently on the nationally syndicated Keeping it Real with Al Sharpton.
A political payback to Hispanic voters that does little or nothing for African-Americans, reasoned Sam from Milwaukee on Wisconsins 1290 WMCS AMs Earl Ingram Show.

Still, Ingram says many of his listeners see Obamas attempt to push forward on immigration as a reminder of what the president hasnt done to improve economic conditions for African-Americans.
I would say a bulk of my listenership is anti-immigration, he said.

The African-American unemployment rate is at 13.8 percent, according to recently released government figures, nearly twice the 7 percent jobless rate for whites. The nations overall unemployment rate is 7.9 percent. For Hispanics, the rate is 9.7 percent.
A 2009 study by George Borjas of Harvard University, Jeffrey Grogger of the University of Chicago and George Hanson of the University of California, San Diego, looked at 1960-2000 Census data and found that as immigrants disproportionately increased the supply of workers in a particular area, wages of African-American workers in that area fell, the employment rate declined and the incarceration rate rose.
Our analysis suggests that a 10 percent immigration-induced increase in the supply of a particular skill group reduced the black wage by 2.5 percent, lowered the employment rate of black men by 5.9 percentage points, and increased the incarceration rate of blacks by 1.3 percentage points, the professors wrote in the study.

both groups are competing for the same low skill labor type jobs.
Latins usually have a better work ethic.
American blacks have a welfare attitude and a very poor work ethic. Guess their state dependancy and ruination of the black family unit is a problem.
The Latins here for the most part are very hard workers doing jobs I wouldn’t want to do and blacks refuse.
Here in NJ they are already at that point, as Hispanics start taking political offices blacks regarded as their birthright. Dems have to kowtow to the Hispanics as their bread & butter, and blacks are simply fading into obscurity. Hispanics not only have no “white guilt” (which few whites in NJ have anyway); they are pushing blacks out in every way from every walk of life. Urban blacks in NJ have watched a procession of various immigrant populations come here, persevere, and leave them in the dust.
“The Latins here for the most part are very hard workers doing jobs I wouldnt want to do and blacks refuse.”
I don’t believe that at all; look at how many Americans applied for the meat-packing jobs in the midwest after those immigration raids. Hispanics don’t do jobs Americans “won’t do” or “don’t want”; they take jobs Americans used to do for better wages, and do them for less. They are a bargain when the employer pays no SS tax, insurance coverage, etc. and the worker pays no income taxes, SS tax, Medicare, at all.
Here in NJ there are a lot of Americans put out of work by the Bronze Horde; the state needs them here to keep schools full, but on the whole they are a huge negative.
Bo is a representative of communism where all races are slaves. Bo’s most favored, however, are the parasites, homos, and selected weak minded minorities.
Let’em eat cake!
oh there are decent people too out there I every community, I;ve had run ins with quite a few on the left , whether black or white and they always lose their temper and I turned the tables on them by useing their words.
Without any GOP outreach to blacks you’re completely right.
~ Larry Elder, "The Ten Things You Can't Say In America"
I don’t know a soul who is anti-immigration. I know a lot who are against ILLEGAL immigration.
“Blah, blah, blah. If there was another presidential election next Tuesday these same whiners would individually cast as many votes for Obama as they could get away with just like they did last November. They get what they vote for just as much as the rest of us get what we voted against.”
My thoughts exactly.
I am surrounded by citrus, and vegatable farms as well as catttle farms.
Planters, pickers, field workers where all have a vast majority of latins. Many illegals.
Blacks are too used to getting cradle to grave welfare here.

"... the presidents call has reignited complaints within the African-American community that he is addressing the specific needs of almost all major voting blocs Hispanics, women, gays except for the African-Americans who gave him 93 percent of their vote."
So, who's keeping who in chains?
We have plenty of farms here in NJ (the “Garden State”), but they don’t want American workers. The illegals are much easier to work with and profit from; it is a win-win for both parties involved, while it is a lose-lose for Americans (no jobs, and 63 illegals living next door to you for which you pay to clothe, feed, and house them - and school their anchor babies).
Employers are the problem, and while they have valid complaints (they can’t compete when “the other guy” uses illegals, for example), the “Americans don’t want these jobs” is nonsense. Americans have always done every job in the book; they just don’t want to do it for a bowl of chili a day.
Now the ruling class can say there. was a black. President
I dont buy the reason. some of them go after white women. There are a lot of crazy white women and smart attractive black women. I know many
