WASHINGTON Every year, a hand-picked set of special guests sits with the first lady as the president delivers the State of the Union address.
This year, President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama have selected a young, undocumented immigrant from Las Vegas to be in one of their seats of honor.

Ted Nugent should perform a citizen’s arrest.
Remember when we had leaders that actually enforced our laws? Wow.
Undocumented Alien my A$$.More like Criminal Alien that should be arrested and immediately deported.
Its getting to the Point that Citizens have No rights and Criminal Aliens have everything. They can drive without a License,Car Insurance and get away from it because of governments nullification of our laws.
Now if that was a citizen he’d be locked up and fined for those violations.
Well, that is an excellent question.
I call racism. Where are the African, Indian, Asian or Middle Eastern Illegals? They have rights too you know./s
Arrest the illegal alien.
If they want to avoid a scene arrest him either as he approaches or departs.
The pols should be arrested as well.
If this person is undocumented, how is he being
cleared to be near the president??
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Since he is ‘undocumented’ I would imagine he doesn’t have a valid ID.
How does he fly without a valid ID.
How many of his ‘family’ members will WE also have to fly across country to accompany him?
MAYBE AF 1 will pick up the whole brood.
Money is like crack to a democrat.
And no one there will have the STONES to arrest him/her.
I’d be a happy dreamer too, if I am getting a free college education and having everything handed to me free of charge.
*******
Inviting illegals into the people’s house is a disgraceful act and blatent violation of the law, the likes of which I naively thought I’d never see. Obama has turned this country into a joke.
What’s the point of citizenship in this country anymore?
So the person who is responsible under the Constitution for enforcing federal laws, and who swor to uphold the Constitution, is inviting a known fugitive from that law to attend the most public address in the nation, as a guest of honor.
Stick a fork in us.
I called this the minute i heard about Rubios Rebuttal.
Progs are soooo easy to read
The problem with the so-called "dreamers" is that, techincally-speaking, most of them have not committed any *criminal* offense. Entering the country illegally (or over-staying a visa) is a crime, but many of the "dreamers" did so as children - this guy, for instance, was 11 - so it's tough to charge them criminally.
Remaining in the country without documentation is a violation of civil, not criminal law, which subjects one to deportation, but not criminal sanctions. The so-called "dreamers" should be deported (to do otherwise gives too great an incentive to bring children here), but calling them "criminals" isn'quite accurate.
I trust the House Sergeant-At-Arms will take Mr. Aleman into custody and put him on the next bus so he can be deported.
Is he guilty of identity theft, forgery of government documents, tax evasion?
He must be using someone else’s SS#, he probably has a forged green card and probably hasn’t filed an income tax return or if he has, he committed perjury when he filed it with a false social security number. On top of everything else he’s probably driving a car with a fake registration, no insurance and doesn’t have a valid drivers license.
If I were to have committed all those crimes, I’d be getting a stainless steel seat of honor in a 6X9 cell.
We are officially a lawless society.
I am alm ost certain that it is a crime to cross into our country illegally. Bet I can find more than 1 description of such in the Patriot Act alone!!!
What’s next?
A young, undocumented immigrant on the House Armed Services Committee.... ?
He's the president...right?
That means he can issue a pardon and have the relevant department have documents in this aliens hands inside an hour.
So, the only reason he's undocumented in the president's "sou box seats" is because it's all about grandstanding.
I do wish Congress would quit inviting the president over for this BS session. It's a political bunch of crap.
