Panetta: Obama Absent Night of Benghazi Daniel Halper February 7, 2013 12:05 PM
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testified this morning on Capitol Hill that President Barack Obama was absent the night four Americans were murdered in Benghazi on September 11, 2012:
Panetta said that Obama left operational details, including knowledge of what resources were available to help the Americans under siege, "up to us."
In fact, Panetta says that the night of 9/11, he did not communicate with a single person at the White House. The attack resulted in the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.
Panetta said that, save their 5 o'clock prescheduled meeting with the president the day of September 11, Obama did not call or communicate in anyway with the defense secretary that day. There were no calls about what was going on in Benghazi. He never called to check-in.
I have maintained from the beginning that Buckwheat was “doin lines” or smoking crack.....we got a crackhead for president.
Thinking out loud here.... What if Zippy knew in advance all this was going to happen? After all, he is best buds with Erdogan, the Prime Minister of Turkey. I bet Erdogan knew his diplomat was going to Benghazi on 9/11 to meet with the American ambassador.
And no-one thought to call Biden in a time of terrorism against our nation? Since Zippy had made himself unavailable somehow?? What effing president gets to make himself unavailable during a time of crisis? Only a president who knew full well what was going to happen in advance. including the ill conceived trip to Vegas the next day.

Sounds plausible.
I think they should have the families of Tyrone Woods and Glenn Doherty standing in front of these people when they testify, so they have to at least THINK about the cost of their treason.

I think Carl Levin just addressed Panetta’s statement that obama was not around - I thought he mentioned his staff was in contact with white house staff - what did other people hear Panetta say?
