Chung Kim, a Texas man, was charged with capital murder Monday after he allegedly shot and killed a couple who lived upstairs from his northwest Dallas apartment in an argument over dog feces.

Sounds like a noisy, upstairs baby momma with five kids, a shack-up boyfriend, and a poorly-cared for, messy dog. No reason, though, for Mr. Kim (75 y/o) to commit murder. Complaints to apartment manager evidently had no effect, so call the cops, file a civil suit, move, etc.

A police statement said Kim is hospitalized for treatment of a medical condition. Maybe Kim caught Hillary Fever. Hope he doesn't get amnesia.

an argument over dog feces.Man. Things are always worse in Dallas, I know. But I had no idea it had gotten this bad.
Another reason I keep to the Brazos, or points south and to the west.
