Come on over to Pennsylvania. You can walk into most county sherrifs offices and leave the same afternoon with a concealed carry permit. They only cost $19.95 and they're good for five years. No classes, no tests, no hassle. If you're smart enough to put $19.95 together, you're trustworthy enough to carry concealed.
If you've got the money, Pennsylvania trusts it's citizens with full automatic weapons. NO magazine restrictions, no bullet restrictions.
