Called 911 too soon. Now someone in the future will have to shoot this scumbag again.

I think the homeowner may need an upgrade to a higher velocity or larger caliber and perhaps consider a followup discharge next time.

For those of us not lucky enough to live in Oklahoma (I am), McCloud is in Oklahoma. The Star's website barely mentions Oklahoma, and the article, not at all.

This clown made some very anti-handgun statements in his
TV show McCloud. But then, that was when almost all TV shows had some anti-handgun statements written in the scripts. Even Hec Ramsey (Richard Boone) did the same.

My great-grand-uncle was born in McCloud back in the 1890s.
They homesteaded in the Hobart area where my dad was born.

Called 911 too soon. Now someone in the future will have to shoot this scumbag again.I would say the odds are, this same home owner will have to shoot the same scumbag all over again, because he will come back for revenge.

Neither was Dennis Weaver. ;-)
(Boone was in another show that was in rotation with "McCloud" in the same time slot.)

If he had tried to victimize a MacLeod homeowner, they'd still be looking for his head.

I bet he knew how to defend his homestead.
